Each instructor-led workout is designed to be adapted to your experience level, goals, and individual needs, so whether you’re picking up weights for the first time or pushing for your next personal best, you’ll be challenged, supported, and celebrated every step of the way.
What is a Women on Weights workout?
Women on Weights encompasses multiple formats utilizing free weights, kettlebells, steps, stability balls, and suspension training. It is perfect for women who like to learn the proper mechanics of functional weight training while focusing on muscular strength and endurance. The challenge you find today will be your warm-up for tomorrow!
This series meets on Thursdays from 1pm - 2pm.

My calling is to help people with their fitness and health, through exercise, physical activity, and accessible nutrition. The tools I use come from my NASM personal training certification and my BS in Dietetics and Exercise Sport Science, which I mix up with a lot of life experience! I believe firmly that each person needs to be met where they are at, and coached to be successful without shame or judgement. I specialize in practical weight lifting for longevity, nutrition for optimal health, and education to be a savvy consumer. I’m all about being on your team to create the best YOU!
