Zumba is a high-energy dance fitness class for all levels. Featuring Latin and international rhythms, this dance-based workout features easy to follow choreography with cardio moves that boost endurance and burn calories. Come for the workout, stay for the music and community vibes!

Instructor
Nicole has been teaching Zumba in the Hopkins community since 2022, both through Community Education and through LA Fitness. She has taught Elementary Spanish at Glen Lake Elementary in the Hopkins School District since 2014 and loves using Zumba as a way to teach culture and provide movement for her students. Nicole uses her passion for Spanish, music, and movement to create a fun and engaging workout experience for her Zumba family.
