I do Women on Weights and Pump class when I can. She makes workouts approachable while still pushing you to improve, and I feel stronger and more confident than I have in years. I’m so glad I finally took the leap to work with her- she is incredible! The icing on the cake was when my teenage boys said, "Hey, check it out! Mom has muscles!" - Joanna H. Diane is the person that changed my fitness routine. I thought hitting the treadmill 4 times a week was the ultimate workout. Diane taught me the importance of strength and how to enjoy getting stronger even in my 40’s. I am 51 and have never been this strong! Classes taken with Diane: Pump, Women on Weights and Personal Training. - Julie A.I worked with Diane because I was mortified that I couldn’t do a sit-up. I had been in women on weights and pump and couldn’t participate in the core activities. Diane gave me tips and exercises to practice and I was able to do a sit-up that training session and here I am almost a year later - slaying my goals and strengthening my core.- Jess L.Adult Fall 2026 -
