Emergency CareHopkins Public Schools Emergency Child Care Request Form: Emergency school closure childcare April 6th through June 5th- cost is $14/day for before-care, $14/day for after-care with the school day hours free. Child care location: Eisenhower Elementary, Door A, 1001 Highway 7, Hopkins, MN 55305 Child care hours: 6:30 a.m. - 6:15 p.m. Meals provided: children will be served breakfast, lunch, and a snack. During the statewide closure of Minnesota schools, Hopkins Public Schools will provide child care for first responders who have children ages 4 to 12 who are currently enrolled in our preschool programs / elementary schools. We will also be providing child care for Hopkins Public Schools employees who are working in school buildings during this mandated closure for students. If your child is 4- to 12-years-old and not enrolled in Hopkins Public Schools, you will need to complete a waiver as you drop off your child for care. WE WILL NEED TO VERIFY YOUR EMPLOYMENT: When you first drop your child off, please show an employee badge or a letter from your employer on letterhead verifying your employment. Skyhawks Sports MN partners with Hopkins School District in a shared vision to develop the whole student to be confident, healthy, and respectful individuals ready for all that life has to throw at them. Skyhawks Sports Academy was established 42 years ago and offers skill-based, confidence-building opportunities for children ages 2 to 14.
