Yang Style Tai Chi Short Form
This non-martial, gentle exercise reduces stress, strengthens the body, and restores internal and external balance. The many physical and psychological benefits have been recognized by both medical and scientific research. Tai Chi is recommended by many top medical universities and organizations. In this class, participants will learn a 40 posture Yang family form done in sequence. It requires the ability to stoop, turn and change directions. Not suitable for some physical conditions. Extra time will be provided to beginning (or inexperienced students) for orientation to Tai Chi, its concepts, and principles

Instructor
Christine started practicing Tai Chi in the mid 80s and has been teaching for over 25 years. She certified in the Chen Synthetic style early in her career, and now teaches Yang Short Form, SUN Forms, Tai Chi Ruler, Bang Stick, and many different forms of Qigong. Christine is a Certified Tai Chi Instructor, Certified Qigong Instructor, and Certified Level III American Tai Chi and Qigong Instructor (over 3,000 hours of teaching students).
