Pelvic Floor Structure & Function: What Every Woman Should Know

This course is an overview of pelvic floor anatomy, function, and coordination designed for all women interested in learning more about pelvic floor anatomy, common pelvic floor symptoms, bladder vs bowel conditions, and why pelvic floor contractions ("kegels") should or should not be part of your exercise routine. Learn about different foods/drinks that may or may not be helpful to your pelvic floor along with various exercises that help with pelvic floor mobility and support. The in person option will have an interactive portion to practice deep abdominal activation with breathing as well as exercises geared toward pelvic floor mobility and support.
