Join Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher Nancy Marcy and Hopkins Community Education for a fun and challenging before-school yoga experience. Students will learn many yoga poses in a fast-paced, movement-based way that will be healthy and appropriate for their age and experience levels. Each student will receive, at no cost, a yoga mat and yoga block to keep, as well as a healthy snack at each session.

This program is offered at a low cost by funding from a grant from the Iyengar Yoga National Association of the United States.
