Ballet is excellent physical training, can improve cardio health, and counter the collapse that can happen with aging. Moving creatively to music while developing balance and grace is fun in a class that is supportive and welcoming. Some ballet background is helpful, and all ages are welcome. Nancy is enthusiastic about infecting others with her love for pottery and clay. Unless you are a student returning to the class, attendance is required for the first session.
