Beginning and Intermediate Ceramics (Pottery program)

This 9-session course is designed for those who have little to no clay experience and will include structured lessons for beginners with some choice built in. Students will study and build upon the basic techniques of both hand building and wheel throwing. All levels of ability are welcome; students moving into intermediate level have support and space to work independently and receive guidance to refine wheel and hand building techniques. This course is designed for individuals that would like to dive deeper into the exploration of creating ceramics. The instructor will provide student support and will help guide artists' goals.

If you do not bring your own clay tools, you can purchase a basic 8-piece clay tool set from the instructor for $12 (check or exact cash only).

Please note that the final class date is not an instruction date; this is a one-hour pickup date for finished artwork.
