Diane J Rhody RDN LD CPT
My calling is to help people with their fitness and health, through exercise, physical activity, and accessible nutrition. The tools I use come from my NASM personal training certification and my BS in Dietetics and Exercise Sport Science, which I mix up with a lot of life experience! I believe firmly that each person needs to be met where they are at, and coached to be successful without shame or judgement. I specialize in practical weight lifting for longevity, nutrition for optimal health, and education to be a savvy consumer. I’m all about being on your team to create the best YOU!
Terri Weispfenning
Personal Trainer
After spending 40 years as a software engineer, balancing high-stress deadlines with a sedentary desk job, I found myself trapped in a frustrating, lifelong cycle of yo-yo dieting. I decided to hire a coach who, over time, helped me change my mindset and my body. She eventually encouraged me to become a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. I now strive to pay that gift forward to help others discover their own inner strength, reclaim their health, and realize what their bodies can truly achieve. My philosophy is strength is for everyone, regardless of age or starting point. You are never too old to begin a fitness routine (I was in my late 50s). Real change happens one small habit at a time, and progress matters more than perfection on any given day.
