Adult Swim - Women’s Beginner 3 (18+): Swim STROKE Development

Swim Lessons for Adult Women, provided in partnership with Minnesota Masters Swimming

All instructors, volunteers and lifeguards will be women, and there will be privacy on the pool deck so that women can participate. This program is designed for adults who are comfortable in the water and have already mastered all the skills of Adult Swim Beginner 2. Participants should be able to swim basic front crawl (“freestyle”) and backstroke without assistance. Participants will be put into small groups and will work with an instructor to refine skills such as breath control, body position, power, and efficiency.
