Personal Weight Training (18+)FitnessPersonal trainers at Hopkins Community Ed can match and build upon your skills and abilities. They work with your timeline capacity to help you meet your goals, track your progress, and note your growth and achievements in every session. See your results in real time and track your progress!ALL genders welcome.You will choose 1 personal training session or a package of 4, 8 or 12 personal training sessions to be scheduled at the Eisenhower Community Center at an agreed time. All sessions in a package need to be completed within ONE YEAR of the consultation date.Registration steps1) To begin, email your inquiry to community.ed@hopkinsschools.org. Diane or Terri will reach out to schedule a FREE 30-minute one-on-one consultation.2) Attend the consultation that you schedule with Diane or Terri. Review your health history, discuss your goals and fitness needs, and chart your personal training plan. This is the basis for your tailored strength training, nutrition, and recovery to guide your personal fitness and wellness journey. Schedule your session or session package with Diane or Terri.
