As a Certified Forest Therapy Guide, Mary will offer a series of invitations to explore a deeper connection with nature and with yourself. Research has shown that spending time in nature has many benefits, including reducing stress, lowering blood pressure, and improving mood. Meeting location: Bredesen Park at the bench near the building/restrooms.How to prepare for the walk-Arrive a few minutes early to get checked in-Wear comfortable clothing and shoes appropriate for the weather. We will be walking on pavement, grass, dirt trails, and may be sitting on the ground.-Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during the walk-Sunscreen and bug spray are recommended-Restrooms are available on-siteAdult Summer 2026 -
