Los estudiantes necesitan haber tomado al menos 4 años de español. Conversaremos acerca de diferentes tópicos mientras revisamos distintos elementos gramaticales importantes del idioma español estudiados en años anteriores. Habrá tarea para preparar el tema de conversación de la clase.

This course is for beginning students who have not had any Spanish, or just a little, and want to start or review from the basics: vocabulary building activities, asking questions and giving simple answers, etc. Students will have a small assignment each week.

Have you taken a Spanish introduction class and want to continue learning more from a native speaker and teacher? We will work on irregular verbs in the present and future as well as one of the past tenses among other aspects of the Spanish language. Empezaremos a dedicar más tiempo a la conversación sin descuidar los elementos gramaticales que nos falta aprender y profundizar después de haber terminado la Parte 4 de estas sesiones. Para la tarea, los estudiantes leerán un artículo breve cada semana.

We will study 3 past tenses as well as to practice when to use them. We will also practice the use of different pronouns while we talk, read and listen to stories shared in class.
