Often, it’s not about effort—it’s about how your daily habits are working together (or not) to support your body. This practical, evidence-informed session introduces a simple framework for metabolic health—the foundation behind fat loss, energy, strength, and key health markers. You’ll learn how protein intake, strength training, daily movement, sleep, and hydration all play a role, and how to start recognizing what your own patterns may be telling you. Participants will leave with a simple tracker and a clearer lens for understanding their habits, so they can move forward with more clarity and less guesswork.
