Camp Move Forward
During the weeks of June 15th, June 22nd, and July 20th: Camp Move Forward will provide a fun and engaging opportunity for middle schoolers to focus on managing emotions, building self-confidence, expressing themselves through creativity, learning coping strategies, developing mindfulness, and building social relationships. Students will engage in arts and crafts, movement, learning, and support around mental health and wellness in a fun and interactive environment.
A focus on stress management will be held during the week of August 3rd from 9am-12pm. The camp provides an engaging opportunity for middle-schoolers to reduce anxiety, build resilience, and develop practical coping skills through mindfulness, relaxation, and social support strategies. The camp offers creative activities, movement, learning, and support in a fun and interactive environment, with a special focus on dealing with stress and anxiety. The course is free and parents/guardians will need to review and consent to the form online when registering.
