Rising Royals Wrestling Club

This fun and energetic class introduces young athletes to the exciting world of wrestling! Participants will learn the fundamentals of the sport, including basic stance, movement, takedowns, escapes, and pins. Through age-appropriate drills and games, wrestlers will develop strength, balance, coordination, and confidence—both on and off the mat.

Our experienced coaches emphasize safety, respect, and sportsmanship in every session, helping each child build discipline and a love for the sport in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Required Equipment: Wrestling shoes, headgear, and mouthguard.
