Hopkins Public Schools Emergency Child Care Request Form: 

Emergency school closure childcare April 6th through June 5th- cost is $14/day for before-care, $14/day for after-care with the school day hours free.

Child care location: Eisenhower Elementary, Door A, 1001 Highway 7, Hopkins, MN 55305 Child care hours: 6:30 a.m. - 6:15 p.m. Meals provided: children will be served breakfast, lunch, and a snack. During the statewide closure of Minnesota schools, Hopkins Public Schools will provide child care for first responders who have children ages 4 to 12 who are currently enrolled in our preschool programs / elementary schools. We will also be providing child care for Hopkins Public Schools employees who are working in school buildings during this mandated closure for students. If your child is 4- to 12-years-old and not enrolled in Hopkins Public Schools, you will need to complete a waiver as you drop off your child for care.  WE WILL NEED TO VERIFY YOUR EMPLOYMENT: When you first drop your child off, please show an employee badge or a letter from your employer on letterhead verifying your employment.
